Hot water circulation works under pressure. Heating the product with water does not create the danger of the product being scorched. It is possible to reduce the temperature of the heating process according to any recipe, which creates greater technological potential, does not require the steam supply system to be additionally reconstructed, improves the durability of the machine.

The draining valve, nitrogen valve, vacuum cut-off valve, wash valve, outlet valve - pneumatic; steam and cold water feed check valve - electromagnetic, test valve - washable after each sampling.

A two-rowed rotational rotor with a stator and a strong pomp effect, whose rotation is adjusted in an infinitely variable way by an inverter within the range of 0-2900 rot/min - with the current rotational value displayed. The interstice between the rotors: 0.2 mm. The outlet stub pipe of the homogenizer is connected to the powder supply injector system with an independent impeller pump. At the inlet of powder we suggest installing a charging hopper, under which there is an automatic valve, opening at the moment determined in the program that is being executed by the control unit. The external cycle may additionally be used as a machine wash cycle, i.e. it may supply the washing turbines with the agent - useful when there is no wash station. The draining valve located in the lowest section of the cycle makes it possible to empty the tank and all the pipelines gravitationally.
